VENTILATION FROM UNDERGROUND BRINGS NATURALLY COOLED AIR INTO COOLTEK AT NO COST

Air entering COOLTEK is cooled by passing through underground concrete chambers,

it is driven by the warm, stale air being expelled through a thermal chimney at the other end of the building!

COOLTEK  is a completed sealed building with non- opening windows; so it is vented by bringing cooled air into the building at one end and expelling warmer air at the other.

Below ground ventilation system bring fresh, jungle cooled and filtered air at constant temperature of around 26oC

Additional ground cooling from travelling through underground pipes and two large concrete chambers placed one metre below ground level

Enters house from underfloor pipes with raised input ducts

Hot air is expelled through ceiling vents and then via the thermal chimney at opposite end of the building

Fan in hot air exit operates for two hours per day to ensure complete air changes

Fridge/freezer placed at foot of chimney so the hot produced can easily escape upwards
